When do I collect your data

Information about visitors is collected when they seek contact with me, when they share things with me over social media or in person, or purchase items from related web shops such as Etsy or other payment platforms. 

This information may include;
- Full legal name
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Bank account number
- Birthday and year
- Physical attributes (from taking measurements and the like)

I keep record of client information to make future conversations easier. This includes a name, aliases, home address and email. Commission information gathered from taking measurements and shared designs are stored locally.

It's not my intention to collect data from underage individuals. With "underage" I mean from the age of 16 and below. I'm often unable to verify whether a contact or customer is in fact an adult. In order for me to do business with underage individuals I need explicit permission from a parent or caretaker.

What I do with it

Your information will be used to craft items, ship products, process payments and fulfill legal obligations. 

Address information will be visible on invoices. Banking details will be shared to associated payment platforms. Name and address will be shared with PostNL, DHL or other postal services. 
 
All other information provided to me will be used for;
- communicating back to you
- modify commission details
- updates on our terms and services

What I don't do

I do not give nor sell customer information to third-parties for the purpose of data mining, AI training or advertising. Nor do I do any of that myself.
All customer information communicated to me stays confidential from other customers.
